A1 Asphalt Paving & Sealing offers the full-range of contractor services for your commercial parking lot needs. We can take care of just a cut and patch job to a full installation with excavation, grading, prep and commercial asphalt installation. In many cases, an asphalt overlay can significantly improve an aging parking lot. Concrete Services:
A1 can assist you with a full range of concrete services. Full demo and reinstallation of damaged concrete sidewalks and concrete steps/stoops for your commercial property. Asphalt Seal Coating – Asphalt Repair – Asphalt Striping
We offer full seal coating services. A1 will clean your existing parking lot, seal coat with 2 coats of latex commercial sealer. A1 also has the capacity to re-stripe all parking lines and Handicap stencils, etc.
A1 Asphalt Paving has held the Henrico County School Maintenance Contract for sealing and striping all county schools for the past 7 years.
There are two types of seal coating materials: Oil Base & Latex Sealer. Oil base is generally recommended for residential driveways to prevent drying and cracking of the driveway. Commercial Latex is recommended for the high traffic areas associated with commercial parking lots.
